Client expressly consents to Attorneys or our representatives, agents, or affiliates contacting Client through the use of any dialing equipment, artificial voice, prerecorded voice, or other messaging system, at any telephone number provided by Client, even if Client is charged for the communication, as well as through any email address or other personal contact information supplied by Client. Client consents to receiving multiple such communications per day as necessary. Client agrees that automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered, whether by Client or someone else, and that Attorneys or our representatives, agents, or affiliates may also leave messages on Client’s answering machine or voice mail or send them via SMS. Client certifies that the telephone numbers Client has provided Attorneys are in fact Client’s contact numbers, and Client agrees to promptly notify Attorneys in the event that Client stops using a particular phone number provided to Attorneys. Client agrees that Attorneys or our agents, representatives, or affiliates may contact Client by email, using any email address provided by Client to Attorneys or found by means of skip tracing methods. Client agrees that Attorneys or our agents, representatives, or affiliates may listen to and/or record calls between Client and any representative of Attorneys without notice, as permitted by applicable laws. Client understands that Client’s cell phone, mobile phone, or telephone providers will charge Client according to the type of account Client has with Client’s providers and that, depending on the terms of Client’s plans with Client’s providers, charges may apply to certain calls or text messages. Client also understands that communication platforms may transmit information via unsecured methods, which includes a risk that the information could be intercepted by an unintended third party. Client understands these risks and consents to having these communications sent via potentially unsecured means.
